Deni Avdija tallied 20 points, five rebounds and five assists for the Wizards in the losing effort. The Heat improve to 4-4 as the Wizards fall to 2-8.

The Wizards found an upgrade defensively at an unexpected spot this season, as rookie Deni Avdija continues to shine on that end of the floor.

The ninth overall pick believes that good things will happen the more that he plays this season with the Wizards.
